Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

Can I use my old SCR888 account to log in to 918kiss?

Accepted Answer

An old SCR888 account may not automatically work with every 918kiss client. Account access depends on whether your original operator still supports the credentials and account system. Before creating another account, contact your existing operator to confirm whether your Game ID can still be used.

Question 2

Will updating 918kiss delete my account balance or game records?

Accepted Answer

Installing an app update does not normally erase information stored on the operator's servers. However, locally stored settings may be affected, and installing a different APK package can create a separate app installation. Confirm your account details and update source before replacing an existing client.

Question 3

Why does the 918kiss app look different from screenshots on other websites?

Accepted Answer

Websites may show the older SCR888 interface, 918kiss 2.0 or another distributed build. Game icons, menu layouts and available titles may vary by version or operator. Compare the actual app version and package name rather than relying on screenshots alone.

Question 4

Can I use the same 918kiss account on two devices?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the operator's account and session policies. Some systems may end an existing session when another device signs in. If you change phones, confirm that your original Game ID remains accessible before removing the app from your previous device.

Question 5

Why are some games missing from my 918kiss app?

Accepted Answer

Game availability can differ between app builds and participating operators. A title shown in an older screenshot or online catalogue may not be included in your current client. Check your version and contact your operator if a previously available game has disappeared.
